I am using the micronized Creatine Powder by Optimum Nutrition daily before and after my workouts... Am I using it correctly?

Yes, you are on the right track! We suggest taking 1 teaspoon (5 grams) with 8 to 12 ounces of water pre-workout and also again mixing another 5 grams (1 rounded teaspoon) with your post-workout protein shake or along with your post-workout meal with about 8 to 12 ounces of water.

My trainer advised me to use creatine before and after my workout but some of my friends say that creatine is a fat burner. What kind of results does Creatine really provide?

Creatine will not help with fat loss... Creatine is strictly taken to help volumize your muscles. Creatine helps you build muscle by providing more saturation to the muscle and allow the fascia to expand a little which gives your muscles more room to grow and develop. Creatine will not burn fat but it will help build muscle.
