What is Beta- Alanine?
Beta –Alanine: Is a naturally occurring Beta Amino Acid, which is positioned in the b-position from the carboxylate group. B-position is the precursor to carnosine. Beta Alanine boosts intracellular carnosine levels which helps increase endurance, strength, and lean mass. Carnosine is found in type II muscle fibers.
