Payment Processing
Upon placing an order, an authorization is taken on your card for the amount of your order. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars, and charges to your account will be in US dollars as well. Currency conversions are done automatically by your bank.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to a California address.
Declined Payments
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Declined transactions may show up on your statement as a "Pending Transaction" or "Pencdng Charge" however they will be automatically reversed and reimbursed by your bank once they see that the charge was declined or not approved.
If your card is being declined, please check that:
- Your card has not expired
- Your card has sufficient funds
- You have entered the correct details such as your card number, 3 digit security code, expiration date, and billing address
If the billing address does not match the address in which your card itself is registered to, the transaction will be declined.
If all else fails, please try another card or contact your bank.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order has been processed for shipping, we will be unable to add items, change items, or edit your billing and shipping information. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us or open a chat as soon as possible.
Security Risk Orders
Orders that are flagged for security risks may require manual verification. This may require customers to submit a screenshot of the transaction as it appears in their bank statement or to submit a 6-digit approval code provided by their banks.
Alternatively, if a customer does not feel comfortable sending a screenshot or doesn't want to contact their bank, we can rebill the debit or credit card that was used for the original payment in the amount of a few cents and have the customer confirm the exact amount of this additional charge in order to help verify the authenticity of the transaction.
