We suggest that you wait until you are at least the age of 21 before taking prohormones. This is because prior to the age of 21, your body is still growing, and your body's natural production of testosterone is massively high. Even after the age of 21, your body's natural testosterone production is still very high. Dependent on the users tolerance and experience one may face side effects such as acne, hair loss, and breast tissue enlargement and or sensitivity. Many users do what's called "post cycle therapy," to off set these side effects. Post cycle therapy will boost the testosterone levels back to where they need to be and clean the toxins from the liver. Prohormones are processed through the liver so an On Cycle Support product is highly suggested during your cycle to help reduce the stress on your liver and to help keep your blood pressure down.

Q. How Do I take a prohormone?
A. Assuming you are above the age of 21, we first strongly suggest that you take On Cycle Support with your prohormone, as prohormones are liver toxic and will add stress to you body. Most prohormones have a half life of 6 hours, which means that when you take a prohormone it takes roughly 6 hours before the strength of that dosage cuts in half. What this means, is that the ideal time to take your next dosage would be at that 6 hour mark. The suggested dosage for most prohormones is 2 servings a day, so with this we suggest taking one serving of your on cycle support and one serving of your prohormone in the morning, and do the same 6 hours later.
DO NOT take a prohormone within 6 hours of going to sleep, the dosage will still be highly active and make it very difficult to fall asleep.
If you are an experienced user, and want to increase your dosage beyond 2 servings a day, the best way to do this based on customer feedback, is to spread your dosages out evenly thoughout the day, take your on cycle support with your first and last dosages of the day, and make sure that last serving is not within the last 6 hours of going to sleep.
To make sense of this, lets say you sleep 8 hours a day, which means that you have 16 hours a day for which you are awake. Since you do not want to take a prohormone within 6 hours of going to sleep, you are left with the first 10 hours of your day for which you can ingest a prohormone. So you have a 10 hour windown daily during your cycle for which you can take your prohormone, you just want to spread these out evenly and make sure your next dosage is no more than 6 hours later. Let's assume you want to move your prohormone dosage up to 3 servings, and you are taking your on cycle support twice a day. For the example, let's say you get up at 8am, at 8am you will take one serving of your prohormone and one serving of your on cycle support. At 1:00pm, 5 hours later you will take your second serving of your prohormone, and 5 hours later at 6:00pm you will take your last serving of your prohormone and last serving of your on cycle support.
