Rich Piana often said that only 5 percent of people are willing and capable of doing whatever it takes to achieve their goals. Are you in that 5%?

If you are reading this, you are probably in that elite group of people with the strength and determination to take your fitness to the next level. Your willpower and tenacity would make Rich Piana proud.

Here it is in his own words literally:

Rich Piana was a breed all his own – he took his body and the world of bodybuilding well beyond what people thought was possible. He also changed how we think about supplements. In fact, people are still using Rich Piana 5% Nutrition and leaving rave reviews today.

For example, Oliver O. was impressed with 5150 Pre Workout, saying, “Let me first say this is the best pre-workout out there. I have tried them all. The energy and focus this product delivers is far superior to other pre-workout. The product mixes and taste great would recommend 5150 to anyone.”

Tanner A. said that Kill It Reloaded is the best pre-workout on the market and that “it gives you mad energy and the taste is always consistent and helps you kill it.”

An army of star athletes agree, and use 5% Nutrition to get more out of their training than anyone could have thought possible. For example, 5% Nutrition user Jens “The Beast”  Dalsgaard went from nearly five years in prison to being a star personal trainer/coach that helps others find “the best tools for self-sustaining after the end of the collaboration.”

5% Nutrition user Natalia Kuznetsova went from living in a small city in Siberia to being a world champion record holder in armlifting and bench press, and European champion in bench press and deadlift, Eastern European Cup champion world record holder in deadlift, and three world records in bench press and deadlift.

Who is Rich Piana?

Piana was a native Californian, born on September 26, 1970. Bodybuilding sparked the young boy’s interest when, at the age of six, Piana would watch his mother train for her bodybuilding contests. As he grew older, he began to follow “old school” bodybuilder, Bill Cambra. Piana began lifting weights at the tender young age of 11, and soon sculpted his physique into a vascular freak of nature. Just four year later, Piana started competing in – and completely smashing – bodybuilding contests. By the age of 18, Piana dominated several important contests, including his impressive win as 1989 IFBB Mr. Teen California. Through hard work and determination, Piana rose through the ranks and obliterated the competition over the next decade, even winning IFBB Mr. California in 1998.

Piana was incredibly successful, winning several other important titles throughout the years. He absolutely crushed the NPC competitions in the 2003 Los Angeles Super-Heavyweight division, for example, and blew away the competition in the 2009 Sacramento Super-Heavyweight division and took the top spot at the 2009 Border States Classic Super-Heavyweight division and overall championship. Ironman magazine featured Piana on the cover of their November 1998 issue, and Muscle Sport magazine put him on the cover of their Summer 2015 issue.

Piana elevated his career from the magazine covers to the silver screen, with cameo appearances on several television shows, including “The Incredible Hulk,” “Scrubs,” “Malcolm in the Middle.” The 2017 bodybuilding documentary “Generation Iron 2” shined a spotlight on the amazing bodybuilder. Throughout his career, Piana proved time and time again that he had something 95 percent of other people do not – the drive and the determination to make it to the top. Piana was the living embodiment of the 5%.

Like many other giants who reach the pinnacle of success, Piana quit bodybuilding competitions when he reached the top. He turned his attention to helping others achieve their dreams through his business, Rich Piana 5% Nutrition. He reached an entirely new audience by recreating himself as a social media personality and brilliant business mogul. His YouTube channel, Facebook page, and Instagram account each boast more than a million subscribers and followers, for example, and his products are fueling a new generation of bodybuilders who want to prove themselves as the powerful 5%.

How and when did he die?

Sadly, the world lost Rich Piana on August 25, 2017, when his use of roids and other substances caught up with him. Fortunately, he left behind a legacy of Rich Piana 5% Nutrition, and what a powerful legacy it is – Rich Piana 5% Nutrition continues to help bodybuilders and others reach and then shatter their fitness goals.

Kill It Reloaded Pre Workout is packed with GlycerPump™, Caffeine, L-Citrulline and Creatine to promote extreme pumps and energy that powers you through even the toughest workouts.

What is the difference between 5150 Pre Workout, Kill It Reloaded, and other pre workouts?

While all supplements look the same at first glance, there are serious differences between them. Both 5150 Pre Workout and Kill It Reloaded have caffeine and L-Citrulline, for example, but 5150 Pre Workout has N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine to enhance focus, Taurine for mightier pumps, and Beta-Alanine for long-lasting endurance. Kill It Reloaded, on the other hand, has new and completely stable form of glycerol powder of GlycerPump™ and creatine to help you gain muscle and pump up energy production in your muscles during your workout. The higher caffeine count of Kill It Reloaded makes it ideal for users with more experience using a pre-workout; 5150 Pre Workout is for hardcore users chasing the ultimate stimulant experience.

5150 Pre Workout and Kill It Reloaded are like no other in that they are designed exclusively for the 5% who do what it takes to be the best. Unlike the others that provide just one flimsy benefit, 5150 Pre Workout and Kill It Reloaded target mental performance, pumps, endurance, performance and energy.

Dosages

The proper dosage of Kill It Reloaded is one scoop mixed with 8 to 10 ounces of water, consumed on an empty stomach 20 to 30 minutes before training. Kill It Reloaded is powerful, so one serving a day is more than enough and it is for advanced users only.

For 5150® Pre Workout, mix one scoop with 6 to 8 ounces of cold water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before a workout; for faster absorption, drink on an empty stomach. Avoid taking within four hours of bedtime, as 5150® delivers a boost of energy that could cause sleeplessness.

OK, but Which Pre Workout is Right for Me?

5150 Pre-Workout – is right for those looking for maximum energy boost, insane pumps, improved vascularity, and intense mental focus.

All Day You May – is more for those looking for an intra-workout and post-workout supplement that promotes maximum recovery and muscle growth.

Kill It is a pre-workout – is for anyone who still wants more pump and performance ingredients, but with less caffeine.

5% Nutrition helps bodybuilders and other fitness enthusiasts reach the top and seize their position in the top 5 percent. We think Rich Piana would be proud.
