Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (11.8g) of EAA Max in 10-12oz of cold water throughout the day. Key Ingredients of EAA Max:
L-Leucine: Leucine is the best known, and well researched, of all the amino acids. It’s also the BCAA to which most of the benefits of BCAA supplementation is attributed. The reason being, is that Leucine as a powerful stimulator of the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) which is a cellular signal “highway” that serves as the primary regulator in the body of cell growth, proliferation, survival, and metabolism.
