1. I've been using Hemo-Rage for almost 3 years, and it still gives me the same feeling today as it did the first time I took it awhile back. This stuff is no joke, when the label says "no more than one scoop", it really means it. I take HEMO-RAGE about 20 minutes prior to working out. When it comes to intensity and focus, it takes the cake. I hit each lift as hard as the next. Also, this is a focused intensity, no jitters, no distraction, extreme focus. The warning that I give to friends who take this says "Your muscles won't get tired on this easily, so be careful to not overtrain and get hurt". I have yet to meet someone who has tried this product and not stay with it time and time again. I've tried several flavors, from brusin berry to lunatic lemonade and malicious melon and orange cremation.Overall if you want to bring your workout intensity to a next level then Hemo-Rage is the preworkout for you.  

2. Hemo-rage for me is by far the most potent I have ever used. It doesn't make me jittery after its in my system. What I do to get its maximum effect is to get my heart rate up to around 175+. This allows for optimal blood flow and fast flow to the muscles being worked out on, however I do say I have to really pump to start getting to full look in my muscles. Once its in there I can usually get about 2-3 more forced reps out of each set.  
I wish that it wasnt as tart as it is but everyones pallet is different for taste, I have tried some other pre workout s that are just absolutely horrible in taste and effectiveness. Overall I enjoy this product very much at its full dosage, I would say that anyone who is sensitive to stimulants take about a 1/3 then 1/2 the dosage before jumping into a full scoop. Thumbs up! 

3. Hemo rage is some seriously strong stuff. I have taken them all, and until now I thought 1MR was the strongest out there. No way, this stuff is super strong. My workouts so far have been PR setters. I feel better, have loads more energy, and feel stronger and more focused. Love the product, do it!   

4. I got this supplement when it first came out so it was a bit cheaper. But it is totally worth it. I lift 4+ times a week, and rep 265 on the bench. When I started on this supplement I was only repping 205. After one cycle thats where I ended up, not bad! But be warned, when the warning label says, "DO NOT TAKE LESS THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED." listen to this. I didn't because before I was talking 2 1/2 scoops of "Nano-Vapor", and this product left me wide awake until 3am. In conclusion great supplement.

5. When you take a pre workout you should always take it on an empty stomach for the full results, but anyways I've taken all the best pre workouts, noxipro, animal rage, no explode, bullnox, and hemo rage and I say by far this one is #1 or tied with rage. Intense workouts and endurance...I just bought a new bottle of punch. The first time I tasted berry but both of them taste nasty. After you drink your shot, the best part of the drink is the little crystals that are left over in my shake bottle. I'd recommend to anyone who wants to push it in the gym.

Use only one serving (1 scoop) in a 24 hour period. Mix 1 scoop into 4-5 oz of cold water 30 minutes prior to working out. Do not take more than 1 scoop under any circumstances.
