    Neuro Melatonin: Melatonin is naturally released from the pineal gland into your bloodstream on a cycle during the night during the time it is dark, this helps you to sleep. Melatonin production is suppressed during daylight hours, and this allows you to stay awake. This production and suppression of melatonin is one of the circadian rhythms which constitute your body’s internal clock helping to regulate the cycles of day and night. This ingredient provides 10mg of Neuro Melatonin per milliliter, giving your body a big dosage to assist in getting your body into sleep mode fast.     DIRECTIONS:

    Use the dropper to apply .25ml to 1ml topically 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Ideal application sites include the chest, shoulders, and neck. Do not exceed 1ml per day!
