Nitraflex Directions: Under 200 Lbs: Take 3-4 tablets three times daily on an empty stomach (every day), take the first 3-4 tablets in the morning at wake-up, the second 3-4 tablets before lunch and the last 3-4 tablets before dinner. Over 200 Lbs: Same as above but take 5-6 tablets, three times daily. Stacking (Super Intense) Mixing Nitraflex Tablets with Nitraflex Powder: Take (stack) 3-4 tablets of Nitraflex Tablets with one (1) level scoop of Nitraflex Powder 30 minutes before intense training for maximum effects.
