I'm in my 40's and have had problems losing weight for years even with diet and exercise. I have an office job and workout 4-5 days a week but nothing. Then I got Alpha Lean, and WOW! I've only been on it for a week, and was hoping to lose weight slower. But I am down 9 pounds and am right at 200 lbs. I haven't been at or below 200 since my early 30's. I'm not a stim junkie, so I only stick to 1 dose in the morning and 1 for lunch. I did notice that food is important to me when taking this, otherwise I do get a jittery feeling. I have also been diagnosed with anxiety/depression and expected this to affect me and it does. But if that's the price for me, I'll take it. It's not too bad, but I do need to eat, meditate, and workout to push this through my system n feel great! Great product and highly recommended for those without anxiety/depression! Still worth 5 stars to me!

For me the main purpose is to have a product that gives me some extra support next to my training. I don't have to grow big in a short time, but I like a little help with gaining muscle and strength. That's just what this product does. And it's legal! For me it works the way 1-AD used to work in the past, when that still was a legal supplement.

Took this to assist with my first test e cycle. Did its job very well. Kept blood pressure down and have very few sides with the cycle. I've taken other on cycle supports with ph and sarms cycles and this was the first one that felt like it was doing something.

Amazing product but you should mix with Blocade and Orange Triad. Amazing strength and gains!

This product did the trick. I was stuck at weighing at 165 with a low body fat and could not gain any more weight or muscle. By taking this morning, before workout and after workout I had great results. Just after the one month supply gained 8 lbs and only gain .5 percent body fat. I am a big fan of SARMS since then. Also love that you dont have to take PCT after this product as does little harm to your organs and no side effects.

It works. It definitely does. I got stronger, bigger, and leaner, but.... at what cost? My liver enzymes were through the roof, my HDL tanked, and my kidney function even took a nose dive. My joints hurt like hell, and I had tendinitis everywhere even while taking Achilles, Cissus, Joyful Joints, and TUDCA. So, it works, but I'm not sure the benefits outweigh the side effects with this one for most people.

I have tried many products for energy, thermogenesis, boosted focus and to aid in fat loss, out of everything this is really good started with the 2 doses daily and automatically after 10 minutes your body goes into a warm state and does not take much to break a sweat. At the gym wow wow wow just warming up and im totally soaked finalizing my workout, its like if i was jumped into a pool and got out. I started at 28% bf, but in a week and a half ive dropped 6%bf doing cardio 4x/week on an empty stomach, then doing HIIT at night. Try it but keep in mind it works different for everyone and you must be on a caloric deficit and eating clean.

I've waited to give my review until I had gotten down to the bottom of the bottle, but I don't see this getting any better. I was taking Methyldrene Elite 25 for a few months in 2016, but got off it and switched to straight caffeine to give my body a break from the stims and when I wanted to start back up again I decided to try something different to see if I could jump start some weight loss. From the reviews and ingredients I thought I'd give Alpha Lean 7 a try and started out per the instructions with a pill in the morning and one before lunch. So I started on a Monday by taking the morning pill around 6:00, went to work, ate a 170 calorie protein bar around 8:30 and by 9:45 my stomach was growling. I didn't hava that issue when taking Methyldrene Elite 25, but I decided to keep taking Alpha Lean 7 for several weeks before doing a review. The whole point of an appetite suppressant for me is to not think about eating as that is where I get into trouble. Stimulants keep the mind active and let you focus on things other than eating (like work), but it's hard to ignore wanting to eat when your stomach is growling. Now that the bottle is nearly empty I will order something different that will hopefully suppress my appetite.

Not sure about weight loss, but awesome amphetamine effect.

I took this for 60 days, 2 bottles. Did not disappoint. Put on a few pounds of muscle, not wet and sloppy. Pretty good quality muscle. took a little to see results so try to be patient lol

I'm on my second cycle of 4 andro and the gains are pretty good for a non methyl pro hormone first cycle I went up eleven kept 8 I'm three weeks into my second cycle and up 7 pounds. I'm 167 and for my weight I've noticed the optimal dose is around 700 mg a day running at that dose I made my ten pounds goal in 4 weeks then started my pct at 300 mg your probably not gonna see much so idk know why they even recommend that low of a dose

I have just finished my first bottle (taking it alone twice a day) and it has done wonders to help manage my snacking throughout the day. I take one serving forst thing in the morning along with breakfast and once again late afternoon (2-3ish). I work 2 jobs, 7 days a week so I'm usually sluggish in the mornings but since I started taking alpha lean-7 I have been more awake and alert thoughout the day. I had recently seen my body platue, but since taking alpha lean I have noticeable loss around my midsection. I am on my second bottle right now and will definitely be re-ordering it in the future

-Im 28, 6'0" and started at 230lb. Averaging about 1900-2000 Cals and a gallon of water per day. M/W/F full body weight training and ~45min cardio on Tuesday & Thursday​. Have not changed died or exercise regimen at all, with one exception being not drinking any alcohol. - this was my first ever PH cycle, ran it 300mg/400mg weeks 1 and 2 then 500mg for rest of bottle with 600mg for one day to finish the bottle to as close to 6 full weeks as I could. Combined with protex and joyful joints for OTC plus whey, Creatine, and BCAA's per the usual protocol. -Half way into week 3 (500mg/day) down 5 pounds with mild strength increases compared to beginning. Zero side affects at this time. I find I'm actually sleeping better as well. - going into week 5, seeing more weight increases in lifts and have dropped another 3lbs in body weight as well. Still no adverse sides really. Very slight increase in acne on chest/shoulders which I usually have a little of every now and then anyway, but it's nothing unsightly. Ended cycle at 220 lbs. Looking a lil leaner and clothes fitting looser. I'm most of the way through PCT with PCT 3x and daa max and still feeling good, still no sides really. Acne has gone away. Lifts increased a good 15-30 lbs depending one which it was. Can't say if the strength gains will stick around or not since I injured my back and have to go on hiatus for a while. All in all this worked pretty darn well for me. Can't wait until I can run it again. Will probably go 500-600mg/day for the whole cycle.

I have used many many pre workouts but this right here is ????????????????????. First, the taste cotton candy had me question if I was taking a pre workout , being that it tasted aaaamazing. 10 minutes later it kicked in. THE LASER FOCUS AND ENERGY HAD ME SMASHING THE GYM. The pumps from this were great as well. I was so zoned in on my training that I lost track of the time. Again, I HAVE ALREADY TOLD MANY OF FRIENDS AND ATHLETES TO TRY THIS PRODUCT

I am a professional football player and supplements play a important role in me preparing for the season. I train 5-6 times a week and sometime 2 sessions a day. This product here is amazing. From the packaging to the benefits from this supplement are amazing. I have taken BCAA products but they do not compare. I have been using for two weeks now and the recovery is amazing. Another benefit from this is that it gives you a mild energy, focus boost as well. I would recommend t this to all my fellow athletes and people who workout. Great product

First of all I want to say that the products here are amazing! I've used a androvar and mando in the past and have got insane results! That being said this stack involves a ridiculous amount of pills each day. I made solid gains and I only ran the stack for about 6 weeks. I weighed in at 255 and on my last week I was weighing 267 with my bpf at 16% down from 22. For the price of 300+ dollars however I'd say you could get similar results Just running mando and androvar for about 8 weeks. One thing I did love however was both the on cycle support as well as the test booster and estrogen killer.

I'm on my third cycle of this stack and they need to come out with something better. My first cycle consisted of taking 3 a day for 6 weeks, that cycle was ok. Same for the second cycle. Now that I'm on my third cycle I upped my dosage to 4 pills a day and the results are the same. The gains are mediocre and inferior to past supplements that got banned. Looks like I'm going to have to stick with this stuff since they're not coming out with anything better and I'm going to up my dosage to 6 pills a day. I'll leave another review after that. I'm 6'5", 290 lbs, 18% body fat.

I use this instead of coffee in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon and its awesome for motivation and mood. I feel amazing. I never take 2 scoops at once, 1-1.5 is plenty for me, especially on an empty stomach. Everyone I've given it to loves it! Great for student cramming for midterms! I always shake the container before use to mix up ingredients. Not sure if you have to, I just always do.

I have gained approx 1 stone in muscle and lost nearly 5lbs of fat. Prohormones usually take me about 10 days to kick in but when they do they really do. I normally slow right down at the 14/15 day mark even if I complete the entire 4 week course which is great as I can split the stack into 2 for the price of 1 so even better value for money but this is my preference and not necessarily anyone else's. I will def be purchasing again. You will however lose your libido and did struggle to sleep and I'm usually a very heavy sleeper but these side affects will stop once you stop taking them, a minor side effect if your serious about gaining weight.

This stuff is majorly great! Worked well for me after a cycle of you know what. Strong and effective. I would reccoment it. Felt leaner, dryer and gynoless!

I honestly opened capsule and dumped powder in my preworkout everyday and noticed high level performance every time. I did this before football practice too and it made competition seem easier and didn't get sore. I highly recommend this and I don't like working out without it. My hang clean and bench both went up 20 lbs in one bottle and lost body fat/smaller waist. Muscles got bigger and more defined.

This is new favorite NO product! It works great especially when in calorie deficit. Usually on a cut I can never get a super great pump. This product changes that! And on high carb days.... HOLY $#!%.... What a beautiful thing.

Joints feel good which has to be from this product bc it's the only change. Strength is up but probably bc my joints don't hurt to be honest. Been using it between 2-3 weeks. About to order second bottle. Btw I am 26 yrs old with knee tendinitis from years of basketball up through the college level.
